SMAHL Travel Board
June 13, 2004
Wendy Payette called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm

A meeting was called to discuss the recent resignation of Don Manders as Vice President of the Travel Board. A motion was made to accept resignation by Mark Kennedy, second by Mike Frey. Motion carried.

Joe made a motion to name Mark Kennedy as Vice President. Motion second by Bob. Unanimously approved.

Mark has already been serving as both Treasurer and PR on the travel board. Immediate replacements will be sought for these positions by the next board meeting on July 6.

Joe Reynolds will contact the coach of the 1990 team to discuss the status of player commitments.

TOYHA is expected to have 4 teams that will need to acquire ice at the Sports Arena. Joe has a meeting with TOYHA representatives later in the week.

Ice rented at the Sports Arena by members outside SMAHL is due on a prepay basis.

Motion to adjourn at 7:06 pm.
